Cross Bar Flag Base for use with our Feather, Exposition, and Teardrop flags on hard surfaces or indoors where ground spikes are not an option. Heavy duty coated steel. Stainless steel rotating bearing. 29" sections with holes for ground stakes if needed. Great for storefront, pavement, or indoor applications. Use with our heavy duty 30 lb. water weight bag for added stability. Mild to moderate wind conditions. Rotates with wind to help prevent the flag from tangling.
