Inside sheets are 60 Lb. white offset with light gray rules printed on both sides. It's Wire-O bound on the left side. It has a pen safe back with an elastic closure/bookmark & pen Loop. A Dynamic pen comes inserted in loop. 6 1/2" W x 8 1/2" H
