This product is made of durable canvas and includes a lining made of 400DPVC which is warm, waterproof, and translucent. With a 6 ice bag capacity, this item works by adding water to the ice bags and then freezing them until they turn into ice. Once the ice bags are frozen, you can then use them to cool off in this vest. Included are 6 bubble bags and 20 ice bags.
