The Simone tote backpack can be carried one of two ways: with adjustable shoulder straps like a backpack or with top carry handles like a tote bag. Built from durable heather grey 300D polyester, the top loading compartment contains a padded 15.5" laptop pocket and organizer pockets. The large front pocket features a snap button closure, while the adjustable seatbelt side straps double as side grab handles. When not in use, the tote handles snap closed for added security. Complies with Prop 65. 12 3/8" W x 16 1/4" H x 4" D
