Used in the construction supply, industrial coating, waterproofing, fireproofing, roofing, resin and paint industries. 3.25" x 2.25" .032 aluminum Metalphoto® wet film thickness gauge measuring paint or coating thickness applied wet to various surfaces. Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales/custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides, measuring 1-80 MIL and/or 25-2032 Micron scales. Standard pricing includes 1 standard color imprint on 1 side with no scales or imprint on the back. Directions for use can be incorporated. Metalphoto® uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. PolyColor® uses Metalphoto® aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a standard 1 color imprint. These processes may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint. Standard imprint colors include: Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange or Purple.
