It holds lavish gel beads and can be microwaved for 30 seconds for one hour of heat or frozen to achieve 3 full hours of cold compress. It's recyclable, non-toxic and will not shatter when dropped. CAUTION: product will be HOT after microwaving. Condensation may potentially cause bubbling until cool. 5.5" H x 4.5" W
