This is a square poly journal with 30 point translucent or opaque poly, and foil stamped in one standard color or blank cover with a custom insert sheet, printed on one color/one side. Insert is blank 100 Lb. white tag. Custom sheets are available. There's 50 sheets, 50 Lb. white offset with light gray rules printed on one side. Logo and rules printed in one color on one side are available. It's Wire-O bound on the left or top side in black, pewter, or white. 7" W x 7" H
